VENDOR & SPONSOR INFORMATION Dear Potential 2007 LVKC Koi Show Vendor or Sponsor, Thank you to all the vendors and sponsors who supported our inaugural show in October, 2006. This year we invite any vendor who supports the koi hobby to participate in the second annual Las Vegas Koi Show. The Palace Station Hotel and Casino, located 1 mile west of the Las Vegas Strip, will once again be the location of the show and the Awards Banquet. This is unique opportunity for you to introduce your products and koi to the enthusiastic Las Vegas market and the attendees from around the country wanting to take advantage of attending a quality koi show in the Entertainment Capitol of the World! As a result of the success of the 2006 show we have increased our vendor space from 15 to 20 vendor booths. The Palace Station will be advertising the event on their outdoor marquee. In addition to the public foot traffic from the Hotel & Casino we are planning an advertising campaign in local print venues, live broadcasts and listings in many of the Las Vegas Event publications. Show Packets will be sent to all the AKCA Koi Clubs and announcements are placed in Club Newsletters. Chairman Booth Space Standard area is 8' by 11' for $200. This can be combined with additional spaces @ $200 each. At this time, there is no limit on the number of booths you can reserve. Each booth includes:
Show tank(s) are available for koi sales at $40.00 ea (max of 2). A limited number of wet vendors will be confirmed. Applicants will be notified if they are accepted as a wet vendor. Water will be available, but each vendor is responsible for their own water quality. See booth reservation form for further details. Security During show hours the area will be secured by club members. After show hours and overnight security is also provided.
The exhibit space will be held on the 5th floor of the parking garage. Maximum vehicle height is 7'. LVKC will assign exhibit booth space on a priority system based on a first come, first served basis.
